Here at KBC we have often looked to the future and sought to embrace what God has for us. The history of the church tells us that much of what has been done over the last number of years has been effective. We have seen many people come to a saving faith in Jesus, embarked on new ministries, seen people grow in their faith, and provided a spiritual home for many.

As part of our ongoing planning for the future we have developed the Strategic Plan highlighted in this document. In it you will see what’s important to us as we seek to together make a difference in the community of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and beyond. Our mission, vision, values and framework highlight for us the core direction of our church. The four Key Success Factors are the four agreed areas we will concentrate on from the period of August 2008 through until July 2011.

In all our plans we recognize that apart from God we can do nothing of eternal value. John 15:5 says, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” Therefore we seek to be a church under God’s direction.
