Spiritual Formation	The Promotion and Provision of Small Groups and spiritual formation tools that enhance personal and church spirituality.	Measure and facilitate spiritual growth among attendees	80% of Attendees in Small Groups
Partnership	Make accessible information on partnerships and partnership events. Facilitate personal involvement and a church-wide vision for these partnerships.	Partnership in five areas; 1) Goldfields Baptist College 2) Local Church Ministries 3) Social Justice Projects 4) Missionary Support 5) Educational Partnerships	a) 10% of all undesignated income given away to supported ministries. b) Active participation and calendaring of events to promote awareness of partnerships. c) Annual Mission Trips beginning in 2009.
